libbliss-dev software package provides development files to compute graph automorphisms and labelings, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbliss-dev
libbliss-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbliss-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbliss-dev *
You will get with libbliss-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
